VALET PARKING
Our 24-hour valet parking service is available at a daily rate of $55 for your convenience.
PETS
Farematchpro welcomes pets with open arms. A one-time, non-refundable fee of $100 applies for
pets weighing 40 lbs or less. Additional cleaning or damage repair costs, if any, are not included in this fee.
SMOKING
To maintain a healthy and pleasant environment, Farematchpro enforces a strict no-smoking policy
across all guest rooms and hallways. A $500 fee will be charged if smoking occurs inside a room.
AMENITY FEE
An amenity fee of $25 per day, per room, applies and includes the following benefits:
- Complimentary continental breakfast each morning in our Living Room
- Evening happy hour featuring complimentary wine and beer in the Living Room or on the Roof Top Terrace
- High-speed internet connectivity
- Complimentary snacks provided in your minibar
- Filtered water available in every room
- Complimentary espresso and tea service offered in the Living Room
- Nightly turndown service with amenities
- Unlimited local and domestic phone calls
GUEST ROOM POLICIES
All Farematchpro guest rooms are intended for single or double occupancy unless otherwise
authorized by management. Parties are strictly prohibited. A maximum of four (4) guests may occupy a room at
any time.
Outside alcoholic beverages are not allowed on the premises.
Photography and videography are prohibited anywhere within the property unless approved in advance by the
General Manager.
